Study

Our company emphasises different forms of qualification improvement for the employees. In October 2002, the Scholar programme was launched, addressed to those WSK employees who wish to gain or supplement higher education.

Willing employees have their English language courses financed, according to the requirements applicable to their jobs.

The company also offers a wide range of vocational training for the engineering and technical personnel, as well as for employees conducting special processes independently.
