Health and social benefits

HealthSince 2017, the employees have had free access to the Pratt & Whitney Medical Centre. The medical partner to our company is the LUX MED Group.

As a part of the medical care, the employees have a company clinic available, which conducts occupational medicine examinations and provides additional medical services. Furthermore, it is possible to purchase additional medical packages with extended medical care for the employees and their families.

Each year, the employees can also be vaccinated against flu free of charge, and the employees travelling on official business receive preventive vaccinations recommended during stays in particular countries.

SocialMoreover, each employee is entitled to the social fund benefits, which include: loans, allowances, leave subsistence, team-building meetings, and also the Multisport card.
