Pratt & Whitney Rzeszów is the largest industrial company in Rzeszów and in the region. It is not only the flagship company of the Podkarpacie region, but also primarily one of the economic pillars of the province. 

We feel responsible for the environment that is not related directly to the company. The company follows this mission, as one of its several chief missions, in several particularly significant areas. In the past few decades, WSK Rzeszów has developed new Rzeszów by building housing estates, schools, kindergartens, a concert hall, a community centre, a stadium, while today – according to different principles, following the requirements and time's spirit – as Pratt & Whitney Rzeszów -  also carries out the mission of a good citizen.

The policy of the company is not only to provide employment and opportunities for employee development. Cooperation with institutions and offices as well as universities and scientific institutes, student internships, sharing knowledge and skills with other companies and entities is almost a constant practice.

Pratt & Whitney Rzeszów is a laureate of many prestigious awards. It was nominated twice to the Economic Award of the President of the Polish Republic – in the categories of Foreign Investment in Poland and the Green Economy. We were awarded in the ranking of the most innovative companies in Poland. Forbes distinguished us as the best company in the Podkarpacie region, Newsweek as the most responsible company in the region and Computerworld recognised us as the IT Leader in the Industry category.
