GTD-350 engine

The GTD-350 turbine engine is a 435 horsepower engine in its most powerful version. It is built in the classic way for engines of this class including: two rotors, a free turbine, reverse gas flow and integral reducer. The two GTD-350 engines together with the WR-2 transmission, constitute the power plant of the Mi-2 helicopter.

The GTD-350 is a turbine engine powering a light helicopter and one of the most popular engines in its class. The engine has been proven in the toughest climatic conditions on almost all continents and is used in many countries around the world, both in the military and civilian services.

SAFETY OF EXPLOITATION

Over 20000 engines safely exploited in 5500 helicopters, on all continents.

IMPROVED DESIGN

for decades to increase durability and reliability. The engine has been tested in extremely difficult natural conditions, i.e. low and high temperatures, dust or operation in severe icing conditions.

TECHNOLOGY OPTIMIZATION

technology has made it possible to achieve a favourable exploitation costs to reliability ratio. This results in minimal maintenance work during operation.
